This isn't another wellness podcast promising quick fixes.

Breath+Bone explores how your body holds your history, why your nervous system stays stuck in protection mode, and what it actually takes to find home in yourself when you've spent years managing pain instead of living in your body.

We'll talk about nervous system regulation, somatic practices, body intelligence, pattern recognition and how to listen to what your body has been trying to communicate. Every episode includes something you can actually use: a practice, a reframe, a way to work with what you're feeling instead of pushing through it.

Your Guide: Megan Pass, DPT, NCPT, Life Coach

I spent 26 years trying to understand chronic pain - my own and my patients'. I became a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Duke University, built a successful practice, became Director of Rehabilitation managing a 10-person team and Certified Life Coach specializing in pattern recognition and integration work.

Despite all my training, my body still hurt. And I kept witnessing conventional approaches miss something essential.

For years I swung between extremes - clinical approaches, then spiritual practices - convinced each time I'd found the answer. The breakthrough came when I stopped swinging and learned to integrate both.

I don't teach from a pedestal. I teach from the middle of the work - raising two daughters with limited childcare, cycle-breaking in real time, practicing what I teach in the same messy reality we all navigate.
