We get to the Root quickly

No small talk. No surface-level coaching. We go straight to what's actually happening beneath the story you're telling yourself. Where did this pattern come from? A family system? A survival strategy your nervous system built when it needed to? We trace it back so you can see it, clearly, without judgment.

We map the pattern

Your body has been responding to something. Your "problem" is usually protecting something, or pointing toward something you haven't been able to receive yet. We name what that is.

We find what it’s been protecting

This isn't about fixing you. Your body isn't broken… it's responding. Once you can see what it's been responding to, that changes everything.

We give you practices to begin shifting it

Not generic advice. Not tools to reach for in a crisis. Practices tailored to your specific system to begin building safety as a baseline, so your body has somewhere to return to.

What happens after you book:

You'll receive an intake form with a few questions to help me prepare. We'll meet via Zoom for 90 minutes. Within 48 hours, you'll receive the recording and written summary.

If you want to continue working together, this session can roll into the Integration Intensive, but there's no pressure. This session stands alone.

  • No. I'm not a therapist. If you're in active crisis or need mental health support, please see a licensed therapist first.

  • Perfect. We'll figure it out together in the first 15 minutes. You don't need to come with it all figured out.

  • Absolutely. Some people book one. Some come back periodically when they hit a new edge. Some realize they want the full Integration Intensive.
